Are you ready for No Smoking Day on 12 March?

As we approach official No Smoking Day on 12 March many people are already looking towards electronic cigarettes as a helpful means of reducing their tobacco cigarette intake. At this moment in time there are around 1.4 million regular electronic cigarette users in the UK and this figure is growing rapidly as electronic cigarettes become more popular.

You may also have noticed that the UK media gave significant coverage to former UK government advisor on drugs policy Professor David Nutt. He has come out in favour of electronic cigarettes as a means of reducing the impact which tobacco cigarettes have on the health of the nation. Indeed, his comments regarding electronic cigarettes potentially having the same impact as vaccinations certainly grabbed the headlines. When you bear in mind that Professor Nut had access to an array of data and feedback during his role with the UK government, his opinion on electronic cigarettes certainly carries great weight.
